How do the monthly payments work?
Our PM tool allows you to manage all your website support plans under one monthly subscription. You will be charged once a month starting from the date you sign up for the first time, and the total amount of your subscriptions will be charged at the time of renewal. If you would like more information about the number of active support plans, you can always visit “My Account” page via the PM tool.
Does your technical support team provide 24/7 support?
Our solution providers technical support hours are 12:30 to 10:30 am U.S Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. We will respond to all support requests submitted during off-hours during regular business hours.
How do I set up support for my website?
Once you purchase a support plan, you’ll be asked to share the WordPress admin credentials and secure file access credentials securely over LastPass. We use this to connect to your site in order to install our services (i.e., security monitoring, backups, and plugins). Our solution provider keeps these credentials confidential and will never share these details with anyone outside of the company.
Do you support WordPress Multisite?
We support WordPress Multisite and Multi-Network only on our PREMIUM support plans. It is necessary for us to understand your current configuration and setup in order to perform updates and maintenance on your sites.
What happens if the Site is hacked?
The sites covered by all our support plans are continuously monitored using malware scanners provided by our service providers partner, Blogvault.
In the event of malware detection, our technical support team will manually review all such alerts to make sure they are not false positives. When there is a security issue on the site, we strive to respond and mitigate the problem as soon as possible within our service providers specified business hours. We will give the highest priority to security concerns over any other task, including development and support.
If the site has been hacked to an extent that malware removal tools do not help and manual cleaning is required, we can provide a quote for this work.
When you make updates, do you use a staging site?
Site updates are performed routinely on live sites as part of our STANDARD and ADVANCED support plans. In order to update the staging site for testing and then to update the live site, you would have to upgrade to the PREMIUM support plan. As part of our PREMIUM support plans, we will inform you after the updates are performed for your review and approval, and then make the updates live once you approve them.
